  1. Complete the online registration process and send check to the IMPACT Implementation Center, or
  2. Print the hardcopy registration form and send completed registration form and a check to the IMPACT Implementation Center.

Fees

IMPACT is a team-based approach to depression treatment. To encourage teams to participate in the training together, we offer group discounts. The training fee includes tuition, course materials, CEU processing fees, continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments.

*To receive the group rate all registrants must work at the same organization and submit a single online registration including all group members. There is no group rate available for the Post-Conference Workshop except when combined with the IMPACT Training.

Refund Policy

If you register and are unable to attend or send a substitute, you may cancel your online registration and receive a refund less $50 for handling. For hardcopy registrations, please submit a written cancellation request to the IMPACT Implementation Center. In the unlikely event of course cancellation, registration fees are automatically refunded in full.  Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.

A limited number of scholarships are available.  If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, please email the IMPACT Implementation Center for details: training@impact-uw.org.
