Blocks of rooms under the group name University of Washington IMPACT Training Conference have been reserved for participants at The Edgewater Hotel and the Seattle Marriott Waterfront. Space is limited and the room blocks are expected to fill quickly.  

The Edgewater Hotel

Seattle Marriott Waterfront

Transportation

There are several options for traveling from the SeaTac International Airport (SEA) to the Seattle waterfront.

Taxis

Taxi fare to the Seattle waterfront from SeaTac International Airport is a flat rate of $32.  

STITA Cabs is available on the third floor of the Parking Garage. Sedans, station wagons and large vans are also available. Call (206) 246-9999, or use the curbside phones on Baggage Claim Level.

Shuttle Express

Shuttle Express provides convenient transportation from the airport to the hotel for $32 each way for 1 to 2 people in shared van or $40 each way for 3 people in a shared van.  Exclusive towncars are available for $59 for up to 3 people.

From baggage claim, follow the red and black signs directing you to ground transportation, which is located on the 3rd floor of the parking garage. Once in the parking garage, follow the ground transportation check-in signs. The Shuttle Express booth is adjacent to the Ground Transportation Information Center. Please check in at the curb with the coordinators, wearing red and black jackets or vests, or use the 24-hour check-in-by-phone hotline or touch-screen kiosks. Reservations to the airport are required, and from the airport are highly recommended, although walk-ups are accepted depending on availability. If possible, please make your reservation one or two days before your departure day. But, if you do not have that much notice, just call and Shuttle Express will do their best to accommodate you. Capitol Black Towncar & Limousine

Capitol Black Towncar & Limousine provides 24-hour town car and limousine service. For immediate dispatch call 206.522.2100. The town car fare is $35 each way. Limousine service is available. Please call for rates and availability.

STILA

STILA offers town cars, SUVs, and stretch limos and picks up passengers either at the curb outside of Baggage Claim or on the third floor of the Parking Garage. To arrange for a limousine or town car, use the touch screen to access "Ground Transportation" on any of the Travelers' Information Boards in Baggage Claim (located near the escalators), use curbside phones, or go to the Ground Transportation Booth on the third floor of the Parking Garage.
